Our Half Beef includes approximately 300lbs of hanging weight. 

 

This portion is customizable with the butcher. You get to choose your cuts.

 

Note: For both the butcher fees and meat fees a 1/2 beef ranges from $1800-$2000 on average. Each cow weighs different this is an estimate. 

 

Selecting Reservation Month

Please choose which month for your reservation. Each month available has a butcher date specific to your area. Details will be given once deposit is made. 

 

Deposit is non-refundable.
