Our Half Beef includes approximately 300lbs of hanging weight.
This portion is customizable with the butcher. You get to choose your cuts.
Note: For both the butcher fees and meat fees a 1/2 beef ranges from $2600-$2800 on average. Each cow weighs different this is an estimate.
