More Helpful Tips!
A 1/2 beef can typically feed a family of 4 for about a year eating beef 4-5 full meals a week

Ask the butcher for dog bones and soup bones! The dogs love them and soup bones are great for making bone broth.

All meat is wrapped, labeled, and frozen for long term freezer storage.

Take time to defrost your beef!!! Steaks: 2-3 days in the fridge is best. Burger: best thawed on the counter or in water (try to not microwave!)
