Our Whole Beef includes approximately 600lbs of hanging weight. 
 
This portion is customizable with the butcher. You get to choose your cuts.
 
Note: For both the butcher fees and meat fees a 1 whole beef ranges from $5300-$5400 on average. Each cow weighs different this is an estimate.

Please choose which month for your reservation. Each month available has a butcher date specific to your area. Details will be given once deposit is made.
