Our Whole Beef includes approximately 600lbs of hanging weight.
This portion is customizable with the butcher. You get to choose your cuts.
Note: For both the butcher fees and meat fees a 1 whole beef ranges from $5600-$5800 on average. Each cow weighs different this is an estimate.
